Background
It started out as something that you draw to pass the time waiting for dinner to be ready - and as everybody told me I should finish it, I did The name comes from a similar piece I did at school, hence the appended Mk2 (Mark: two) - unfortunately, that somehow got lost.

Technique
This was done on an ordinary piece of A4 paper with my daughter's crayola crayons - those are really awesome! I just regret that I didn't use some quality paper, as it shows a lot in the grainy texture... Also, it is clearly visible that the top part of the drawing is the starting point, as it is not as refined as the bottom in which I had perfected the technique of filling the shapes (and had moved to using a glass surface to lay the paper on). In the whole, it took me about 6 hours to complete on and off through one week. Finding the shapes and especially coloring them with the 7 available colors and making sure the same never touch wasn't that easy. There is only the sun in the upper right corner where I did not abide by that rule because it just looks better
